Uppleið – A Course Based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) taught in Spanish starts May 12

Uppleið – a course based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is designed to reach individuals within the target group of adult education who are least likely to pursue further education. The aim is to support their pathway to continued learning and active participation through motivation and self-empowerment.
